Lower back pain turns severe

Dear Patient: You seem to be suffering from compression of nerve roots in the lower back. It could be Sciatica. Usually in this condition a burning pain along the thighs and lower leg and is associated with low back pain. It can also be the vertebral disc prolapse or protrusion; distinction of which could be made on an MRI of the spine. I would suggest you to visit an Orthopedic surgeon with the X-ray reports you have and follow up.
