Dear Patient: Since you have blockages at three places and that too a larger percentages of them are almost completely blocked. This is a very grave situation wherein there could be no blood supply to heart muscle due to complete blockage. as your surgeon suggested it is better you go for a bypass graft as stent at many places in already weakened wall is not suggested. further medicines will only be supportive and cannot recanalise the blockages. so I would suggest you go ahead with the surgery if otherwise fit as suggested by your doctor.
