Dear Patient: You please consult a psychiatrist. He will definitely help you. You yourself accepted that you tell a lie which means you will improve. Allah does not like the people who lie. So tell the truth and face the consequences. What may ever happen, let it happen. At the end you will be benefited by telling a truth.

your are right Allah does not like people who lie. i am not like this from childhood.i don't know how when this came to me.
My aami use to say be polite be cam be truthful but i can't do this.
My aabu aami my girlfriend these three person are my world & i am always hurting them they are crying because of me. For each any every tears i am only i am responsible.
Sir Please help me out...i can't go to any other place...any psychiatrist or family doctor.what ever medicine is required, what ever step is required please tell.I need your help & support.
i can't say my parents i have mental problem i can't say any one.
Please help me please i beg you.

I repeat. You cosult a psychiatrist. Such mental problems are like a flu of brain. They become alright within six months. Nothing to worry about it at all. Psychiatrist will give you probably the same tretment. Only dose may be same or less. You will feel sleepy for 8 to 10 days and will be alright. Please do not stop the treatment of your own.

Sir this is my request i can't go to any psychiatrist. The place I use to stay it’s a small town where it is imossible to find psychiatrist. And if need you go any other place I can’t do that as so right now I am in home, Basicilly I use to stay in capital city, if was their I can make it out but in home is not possible.
kindly prescribe me medicine for my problems.my rudeness any abnormal behaviour my lies please help me sir please.

You go to the family doctor. He may give you Tablet Oleanz 2.5 mg twice a day and capsule becadexamine twice a day. He may ask you to continue the treatment for atleast six months.
