I had the worst experience today at ahmedabad centre. I went in for consultation at around 5:39 pm and the doctor, Dr. Shivang who himself was in so much hurry that only on my insist, he actually looked at my face with suggested me for Skin rejuvenation. I paid INR 3500 for the process and went in. Till the chemical peel things were going ok. Then the beautician applied a gel like mask and said " need to keep it for 15 mins" and went out. 20 minutes passed by and nobody bothered to come. However, I could hear all giggling and laughing right outside the door. Few more minutes passed and I could hear them turning off all AHUs. My luck that someone got curious about lights being on and found me there. That lady took off my mask, cleaned my face "HOWEVER, I am still not sure if my treatment was completed". When I asked whereabouts of my beautician, I was informed "SHE LEFT". HAD THAT LADY NOT VISITED THE ROOM, THEY WOULD'VE LOCKED ME IN THE CLINIC FOR WHOLE NIGHT!!!!!!!! How can they be so careless !!!! how can that beautician left clinic in the middle of process. THERE WERE SUPPOSE TO APPLY TWO MASKS AND ONLY ONE WAS APPLIED. i WANT EITHER FULL REFUND OR DO MY PROCESS ONCE AGAIN. ELSE, i AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR TAKING MY SAFETY SO CASUALLY.
