SGRH is a good hospital, my grandfather is being treated for several ailments from last 1 and half year and we are satisfied with the treatment and the services. The homeopathy department is also good as one of my aunt recently started treatment and she found relief with her problem. We are happy with the services at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi.

Ganga Ram is a poor hospital which is only thriving on it's past name. It's current is gloomy, pathetic and has full of cheats, even so called reputed doctors are completely money interested. They are interested in private OPD looking at every opportunity to make money. The so called general OPD is fake .. right from the go when you go even registration is a big mess. There are two windows for new patients of general OPD only 1 of them is mostly open. The operator sitting is so slow that you stand in line at 8:30 AM and will not be able to get a fresh card till 10:00 a.m despite only 30 people before. I came for three consecutive days and stood in line for 1.5 hrs and was NEVER able to get my card made.. what a waste ? Are the top bosses of administration dept sleeping ? I met several people who had similar issues and they had to come for 3-4 times to get that new white card !! similarly when you go and see doctor they will not rely on your past reports and diagnosis and would not leave any opportunity to mint money from you ..
