Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute aka Balaji Action Cancer Hospital has a very rude and unfriendly staff . there tall claims fall flat when it comes to handling patients . just focused on how to mint money from patients and otherwise also doesn't fit to fall in categories of hospitals:( This was the reason they have been un-paneled from many government organisation boards . still they are not learning and seems with only advertisements over billboards/ radios and offering free weekend camps they can still run the show . customer voice needs to be listened and there should be government bodies where such complaints can be directly filled for cancelling working license of such hospitals

I got my aunt treated at this hospital recently. She has long suffered from chronic rheumatic pain and has been treated by many specialists at various hospitals, including the ones who claim to the best in India (I don't want to take names here). We had all been grown tired of running about hospitals for years and went to the action hospital after being advised by our family friends, with least hope. Thankfully, results speak for themselves, and my aunt has never felt so good in her life (these are her exact words), she seems to be in a very good shape these days. We are thankful to everyone at the hospital. To us, it's the best hospital in Delhi we ever visited.
