Benign Paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is one of the disorders of vertigo that begins in the inner ear. Vertigo is usually confused with the border term dizziness. The symptoms would cause as repeated episodes of positional vertigo and spinning sensation due to changes in position of the head. Vertigo generally involves motion sickness, visual exposure to nearby moving objects, migraine, labyrinthitis and more.
