Brachial plexus palsy occurs when the nerves of brachial plexus are damaged. Brachial plexus palsy may happen in children during birth because of a stretch injury to your child\'s head, neck and shoulder. This happens especially during difficult or complex births. - Lack of muscle control in the arm
- Weakness in one arm
- Loss of feeling in the arm
- Partial or total paralysis of the arm
