Angiodysplasia is a tiny vascular distortion of the gut, it can occur in colon or gastro intestine. Angiodysplasia of colon is swollen and delicate blood vessels in colon resulting in blood loss from gastrointestinal tract. It is caused due to degeneration of blood vessels and commonly observed in aged people.
Some of the symptoms of Angiodysplasia:
- Anemia
- Disturbed bowel movement
- Change in color of stools
- Tiredness and fatigue
- Shortness of breath
