Biliary Colic is steady or irregular pain in the upper abdomen, usually below the right side of the rib cage. The pain is due to the blockage of bile in gallbladder, bile is a fluid that helps in digesting fats. Gallstones are the common reason for biliary colic, which blocks the normal flow of bile.
