About

Dr Amol Rege completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies at GS Medical and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He worked as Lecturer at LTMG Hospital. He then went to UK and completed Specialist Registrar Training Programme (CCST) for six years. He obtained specialized training in Spine Surgery and did Spinal Fellowships at Hope University Hospital, Manchester, Grampian University Hospitals, Aberdeen and was awarded AO International Spinal Fellowship at Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia. He worked as Consultant at UK before returning back to India. He has been on faculty of various AO Spine, Association of Spine Surgeons of India, Indian Orthopaedic Association, Maharashtra Orthopaedic Association and Pune Orthopaedic Society conferences. His major interest includes minimally invasive spine surgery and spine deformity.
