  • He was the Joint Organizing Secretary of the 6th Annual Conference of the Indian Academy of Neurology at Chenna, (1998-1999)
  • He was the Joint Organizing Secretary for the Golden Jubilee Celebration of the Institute of Neurology and also 49th Annual meeting of The Neurological Society of India
  • Dr. Srinivasan was also the organizing secretary for the first International Epilepsy workshop in 2000
  • Golden lectures book and CD – ROM on the Institute of Neurology were released during the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the Institute of Neurology in 2000
  • Dr. A.V. Srinivasan was the convener for the second International Movement Disorders workshop in February 2002
