About

I am an orthopedic surgeon with 10 years of experience in bone and joint disorders and have 5 years of experience in spine surgery. I have performed over 500 complex spine surgeries ranging from complex craniovertebral junction surgeries to scoliosis and kyphosis deformity correction. I am a minimally invasive spine surgeon with microscopic, microendoscopic, and full endoscopy spine surgical skill set in my armamentarium. I have 30 publications, 68 national and international presentations, 13 abstracts, 20 national and international awards including the prestigious North American Spine Society - Best Outstanding Paper Award for three consecutive years (2019,2020 and 2021), the Asia Pacific Spine Society Best Outstanding paper award for both basic science and clinical research (2019). The Association of Spine Surgeons of India has honored me with the Best Clinical Research Award (2018), Travelling Fellowship (2019), Young Investigator Award (2021), and VTI gold medal award (2021). The International Society of Orthopaedic Surgery & Traumatology (SICOT) and Asia Pacific Spine Society (APSS) jointly offered me a scholarship for an advanced spine surgical fellowship in Berlin, Germany.
