  • World Federation of Neurology “Glaxo Welcome” Junior Travelling Fellowship, 2001. I received this travelling fellowship to attend the ‘World Congress of Neurology’ in London. I presented one research paper in that conference (Iatrogenic meningitis following lumbar puncture, published in Journal of Hospital Infection).
  • Asian-Oceanian Epilepsy Travelling Fellowship, September 2002. I attended the Asian-Oceanian Epilepsy Congress, which was held in Karuizowa, Japan. I presented our preliminary results of “Ludhiana Registry for Epilepsy and Pregnancy”
  • “Best paper award” in the Indian Epilepsy Association- annual meeting
