Dr. Lokesh Lingappa

Dr. Lokesh Lingappa is working as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Neurologist at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, which is one the best children’s hospitals in Hyderabad.

Dr. Lokesh who completed his medical school from Karnataka Medical College in Hubli, Karnataka, did his Pediatric Training from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) at Chandigarh.He pursued hisDM in Neurology fromthe National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, more commonly known as NIMHANS, in Bengaluru. He did his training inPediatric Neurology and obtained his MRCPCH from UK.He also trained at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the Frenchay Hospital at Bristol in UK, and at the Bristol Children’s Hospital for his Fellowship in Pediatric Neurology.

Dr. Lingappawho has the distinction ofbeing awarded the Best Outgoing Neurology Student at NIMHANS has a number of scientific papers and publications to his credit. He is interested in neonatal neurological disorders, infantile epilepsy, and intensive care neurology.

Dr. Lokesh Lingappa is a member of a number of associations such as the International Child Neurology Association (ICNA), Association of Child Neurology, Indian Academy of Neurology, and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics.
