Dr.M.B. Agarwal

Dr. Mohan B. Agarwal, who is more popularly known as Dr. M. B. Agarwal, is one of the reputed hematologists in the  area, and has earned the distinction of being one of the best hematologists in the country. He is presently the Head of the Department of Hematology at the Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences at Mumbai, and also the Director of the Hematology Centre located on Dr. Ambedkar Road, Dadar, in Mumbai. He also acts as a Consultant Hematologist at a number of hospitals in Mumbai, including the Lilavati Hospital, the Breach Candy Hospital, the Medical Research Centre in Marine Lines, BARC Hospital, Trombay, RCF Hospital, Chembur, and Larsen & Toubro.

Dr. Agarwal did his MD in 1978 from the Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, where he stood 2nd in Mumbai University. He also did his M.N.A.M.S. (Membership examination of the National Academy of Medical Sciences) in 1980. He also holds a number of professional and academic achievements apart from receiving a number of awards.
