  • Dr. Niloy Ranjan Datta is a Senior Consultant, Department of Radiation Oncology, Dharamshila Hospital And Research Centre having rich experience of 25yrs in Radiation oncology from prestigious cancer institutes of India.
  • Appointed as Assistant Professor in Department of Radiotherapy at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow in 1987and became professor and head in Radiation Therapy in 2002. 
  • Fully familiar with the treatment planning and execution of various state-of-art treatment procedures in Radiation Oncology- IGRT, IMRT, 3D CRT, conventional planning, Image guided brachytherapy for both intracavitary and interstitial procedures for various sites – head neck, nasopharynx, breast, oesophagus, lung, prostate, cervix, vagina, anal canal, soft tissue sarcomas, skin etc.
  • Experienced with the working of the following equipments - Image guided radiation therapy (IGRT) with linear Accelerator having facilities for 3D conformal, IMRT, SRS, SRT with respiratory gating -Clinac 2100 CD, Artiste, Clinac iX, other accelerators- Clinac-15, Clinac 600C, ML20MDX, Primus, Telecobalt (Th-60, Th-780, Th-780C), Teleceasium, Deep X Ray therapy, Simulator (Oldelft, Shimadzu), CT Simulator, Somatom Sensation Open (40 slice) with Somavision, Acquity, Treatment planning system (Nodecrest, SPS Nucletron, Oncentra, CMS, Prowess, Plato, TSG Radplan, 3D ISIS), ARIA, Brachytherapy (Selectron-MDR, Ralstron 20B, Microselectron HDR), Hyperthermia, DNA flow cytometer.
