Dr Pankaj Garg is one of the international experts in the field of Anal Fistula, Hemorrhoids and Anal Fissures. Dr Pankaj Garg, a colorectal surgeon based in Chandigarh, has invented a new operation, termed as ‘PERFACT Procedure’, to treat complex and highly complex anal fistula. Complex anal fistula is a dreaded disease that is notorious for its high recurrence rate, the risk of incontinence, and potential for malignancy. 

Patients from all over India, Asia, Africa, Gulf, Australia, Europe and the USA visit Chandigarh to avail expert treatment from Dr Garg. Dr Garg has pioneered several Fistula ad Piles operations in Asia and recently he has invented a new minimally invasive procedure for Anal Fistula known as PERFACT Procedure, where the pain is minimal, recovery is almost immediate, and the sphincter does not suffer any injury.
