Dr Reddy trained in the United Kingdom and worked in some of the busiest hospitals the UK, before returning to India. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.  She was the first Gynaecologist in Bangalore to introduce the concept of evidence based protocols, thus leading to the reduction in Caesarean Section Rates. Dr. Reddy is skilled in performing complicated Vaginal surgeries, Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic Surgeries and managing Complicated Pregnancies. She is regularly invited to deliver lectures at various national conferences and women’s organizations. 
She is passionate about teaching and training the next generation of doctors and is a much sought after teacher for Post Graduate Students, Nurses and Doctors.  She is a firmly believes that medicine is an art first and only then a science.  To this end she leads by example,has excellent bedside manners, communication skills and treats her patients with kindness and courtesy.  Her patients appreciate her total attention when listening to their problems and feel reassured and safe.
