Dr. Rajeev Ranjan

I’m Rajeev Ranjan, an autism therapist and founder of AYUSH Speech and Hearing Clinics. I started this journey with one simple goal — to make quality therapy available to every child, especially in smaller towns where help is often hard to find.

Over the years, we’ve grown to more than 20 centres across Punjab, and also expanded to Dhanbad and Kolkata. We’ve been able to support over 10,000 children through speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism support (ABA, CBT), early intervention, and parental counseling.

What makes us different is that we treat every child as an individual — not just a case. At AYUSH, we begin with a detailed assessment and create a customized plan that fits the child’s needs, emotional stage, and learning style.

Opening the Khanna branch was close to my heart, because I know how difficult it is for families in small towns to travel 60–80 km just to get help. My aim is to make sure no parent feels helpless or alone when it comes to their child’s development.
