He is recognized as the Best Eye Doctors in Chandigarh, having completed his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), New Delhi in 1982, and MS - Ophthalmology from GNEC, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi in 1987, where he received a Gold Medal from all medical colleges under Delhi University.
