Dr Rajan is currently Assistant Professor, Endocrine and Breast Surgery in the Department of General Surgery at St. Johns Medical College, Bengaluru, India. After graduating MBBS from St. Johns Medical College, Bengaluru, he was trained in General Surgery at Stanley Medical College, Chennai. He then received training in Endocrine & Breast Surgery at the prestigious Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) Lucknow, and was awarded the degree of M.Ch (Endocrine Surgery). He has had additional training in Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. In addition, he is a keen researcher and has published many scientific papers in International peer-reviewed scientific journals. He has presented his work in National and International conferences, and has been awarded many grants and prizes for the same.
