Dr Chilukuri Srinivas is a graduate of Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and post graduate in Radiation Oncology from Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai and is currently working as Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Apollo Specialty Cancer Hospital, Chennai. 

Dr Chilukuri Srinivas has contributed significantly to establishing Image guided radiotherapy, RapidArc (Volumetric Modulated Arc therapy) and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) programmes at Department of radiation Oncology at Yashoda Cancer Institute, Hyderabad. He has presented and published several papers at international meeting and conferences. He also has expertise in brachytherapy for gynecological malignancies, head neck, breast and soft tissue tumors.

He is keenly interested in teaching and is currently co-ordinator for academmics at Department of radiation Oncology for 4 DNB students and 4 research fellows. He is also involved in professional education for radiation Oncologists and physicists at various occasions. Has conducted several international workshops providing hands-on training. He is currently a faculty for Varian IMRT/RapidArc school. 

He has had exposure to modern advances like stereotactic radiotherapy (from VU University Medical Centre) and Image guided Radiotherapy/IMRT (under aegis of ESTRO at Brussels and Vienna) from prestigious institutes in Europe. 

He is a member of several professional bodies like Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI), American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), European Society for Therapeutic radiology and Oncology (ESTRO).
