Blog

As a  leading oncosurgeon of AMRI group of hospitals and  founder of Global Cancer Trust, I am glad to be serving all the afflicted sufferers since time umpteenth. Delivering the best of my capacity towards spreading an awareness about this lethal disease and treating the patients with utmost care and support, I feel humbled to have touched so many lives.

A philanthropic organization, Global Cancer Trust incepted in the year 2010 had been set up for dedicated work towards alleviating and moderating the effects of cancer. Having conducted two hundred sessions across India from school, colleges, universities to corporates, CRPF, Army, the reception has been warm and grateful.

The most appreciative mention would be of being a speaker at various events ranging from domestic to international.  To mention a few:

A live demonstration of conducting  breast surgery for the doctors of GB. Pant Hospital, Agartala along with education the MSc. Students on the same. (24th October, 2016)

US Detroit Fellowship paper at Ludhiana ASICON 2008 “Incidental Axillary Granuloma – What to do?” (2008)

Being privileged enough, I was given a warm welcome on  moderating a few sessions. A few worth the attention are on
“Oral Cancer resection with primary free flap reconstruction” – Bharat Cancer research Centre, Surat (2009)
Panel moderation events in IMA academic CME
Debate on “Use of sentinel node biopsy in breast cancer - against the motion at Tata Memorial Centre Mumbai, Febuary, 2007 with Dr. A. D’souza
Poster presentation in IASO NATCON 2008 at Hyderabad on Incidental Axillary Granuloma in Breast cancer

Not just blessed with a bent towards treating lives, my endeavor is to free the society of such toxicity which is increasing at an alarming rate due to negligence and ignorance. Having conducted sessions on cancer nutrition, myths and facts associated with the above  and seminars to educate the masses along with providing free check ups, I feel honored to have been graced an award for the best onco surgeon in India by the most reverend cricket legend, Mr. Kapil Dev alongside other meritorious accolades.
A veritable desire is  to stand up to the notion of
"He is the best physician who is an ingenious inspirer of hope"
