1979 through 1991 were the growth years when the departments of dental, maternity, orthopedics, oncology, diabetes, cardiac and child care were established.
In 1993. St. Theresa's School of nursing was started to fulfill the primary mission of the Congregation by providing deserving women of diverse backgrounds an opportunity to gain a profession, in the field of Nursing, imbue in them a sense of love and caring for the people around them especially the sick and injured.
This institution graduates 20 young people every year who are much in demand for local area health care providers.
Along with the increase in departments making this a multi-specialty hospital new buildings and infrastructure grew alongside and modernization continues every day. Now the hospital has a new ICU unit, state-of-teh art operating theaters and a pediatric ward. Also added are the ECG and Scan center, 24 hour ambulance services, emergency services, trauma care, pharmacy and nephrology unit with Dialysis.
