Kashmir Lifeline: a mental health programme designed to help people find again a balanced quality of life.
Kashmir Lifeline’s services are based on a three-tier system: our helpline, our outreach
counseling centres, and our ICDS training services. Our helpline gives callers
the options of live on-line chat, email, as well as being able to call the
toll-free number: 1800 180 7020
(from 10am to 5pm, except Fridays and Saturdays). We are proud of our expert
team and we give total anonymity and confidentiality to all our callers. And also our all services are totally free.
Our main clinic is based in Srinagar, and we have
a number of outreach centres in the surrounding districts. Our clinic is home
to our telephone hotline and main treatment centre. It is situated in a safe,
quiet and easily accessible location close to central Srinagar.
