Before writing my review of this hospital, I would like to introduce myself so that you can believe the authenticity of this review because there are many people who give false reviews by making false SEHAT ids. Even sometimes some people write reviews on being asked by the owner of hospital to become popular. My name is Dipak Giri, an Indian writer who has written many books on problems of poor and exploited people in India. Just write my name in Google search engine if you want to know more about me. MY REVIEW: One of the worst hospitals I have ever met. Recently my father has been admitted in this hospital for treatment due to an injury in his right foot. The owner of this hospital Dr. Kumar Surendra claims himself as the best diabetologists of Motihari city but he is actually one of the worst doctors who treat patients only to fill his pocket. At the time of admission I was well aware that my father’s one of the foot was just infected but this doctor told me a lie that his whole body system had become complicated. At that time I was totally confused over what to do and did not take a risk and admitted my father in ICU as per suggestion of this doctor. The fee of this ICU is unexpectedly higher than many other well equipped ICUs in the country. In this ICU, there is neither facility of air condition nor even they have fridge to keep medicine like insulin for diabetes patients cool. In spite of paying a lot of money, patient party has to render almost all services to the patient. The hospital is located outside the town so the communication system is very bad. There are no hotels to eat, no vehicle for transportation and no house for rent. I along with my family had to suffer a lot for all these disadvantages. The hospital even did not manage any vehicle for patient’s any test to be done outside this hospital. I just waited for one and half days in this hospital and when I realized that both the doctor and the staff were cheating me by seeing the deteriorating condition of my father’s health so I decided to discharge my father on my own risk. When I told them about my decision just after one and half day passed, I was shocked to see that they had charged me Rs. 15600 just for stay of one and half day in ICU and Rs. 15231 for medicine. Besides I had to pay Rs. 1500 before admitting my father, Rs. 1800 for one test, Rs. 2400 for dressing of wound and for many more things. TOTAL AROUND RS. 60000. All these happen in just one and half day. When I reached another hospital to treat my father, the doctor just prescribed some medicine and took his fee and now my father is getting recovery fast.
