I had a pathetic experience with this hospital. The person at reception committed to provide private room at the time of admission, but later on after operation completed he denied saying that we did not had any discharge today and we were left with no option other than general ward. Later after having loud conversation, he discharged his own family member at around 6 PM and finally we got private room at 7 PM. Only one staff member Mr. Mandloi was very supportive and helping he personally helped with the discharge and documentation for mediclaim purpose. At the time of discharge I submitted all required documents with dully filled formed for birth certificate of my child but the admin person Mr Dashrath made mistakes in all names, surnames and address. Later after one month I revisited him and asked to correct the mistakes because Indore nagar nigam told me to process this from hospital itself. Mr Dashrath asked me for bribe of Rs 300/-. I agreed to pay because I can not run here and there for the mistake made by someone else. But even after submitting all documents again and paying a bribe I am not getting my childs births certificate. Now it is 4 months past and I am struggling with the birth certificate. Even he is not answering my calls.

Poor hygiene. Arrogant staff. Top management unresponsive. It even doesn't deserve to be called a Hospital.
