#PatheticService #HorribleExperience #UnprofessionalBehaviour. My mom is suffering from a tumor and I had to get a CT Scan done urgently on 11th Jan 2017. We went to Belle vue Clinic where they told that we need to get Urea and Creatinine done before CT scan. They took the blood samples for the same and after 2 hours informed that the report will not be available today. I requested it to be done today as it was necessary to get the CT scan done for an urgent surgery but they did not cooperate. Instead they asked me to take the blood samples back and get the test done from somewhere else because they were busy in their internal audit process. It is surprising that the patients are made to wait for hours and turned away due to some routine audit process. Looking at my experience, I will not suggest anyone to depend on such a hospital/clinic which do not care about its patients and is most interested to please the auditors.
