Worst hospital of its kind. Was there lately bcoz of my brother injury. These guys don't even use any kind of sanitization or safety measures such as hand gloves or masks. Nurses jumps from one patient to another without even cleaning their hands. These guys have the worst SICU where no partition is done among patients with different medical conditions. I personally raised these issues in front of hospital MD Mr Bansal but everything was in vain. They treated my brother for like five days and still on the fifth day the doctor was sayin that they are unable to find out that what in actual happened to my brother. The diet they gave to my brother i.e soup was full of chilli and when i complaint about that to one of the guy in there, instead of recording that complaint he was askin me a stupid question that whether the chilli was red one or green one. Doctor is never present there. He just come twice in a day for 1-1 hr to make a round only and rest for the day everything was upon unexperienced staff only. Doctor asked to clean blood from ear of my brother and the staff dont even tried to check it for like 2 days and thats too after the fact that we all remind the word to the staff for like 10 times. You must see the service in private room too. Whatever we asked for, was provided to us after 2-3 hrs and thats too after askin for like 4-5 times. The utter most thing in a hospital is co-ordination but in this hospital it was like not giving ear to anybody else words. Everyone was busy in their own world as if no patient or hospital work exists for them. Few of the guys were gud too and the one star i gave in review to this hospital is for those guys or else this hospital don't even deserve a single star.
