My father went walking in this hospital and returned dead. I request ?? everyone please don’t use this 3rd class hospital until unless you don’t have any other option!!!

Except for a few categories, most of their consultants are freshers with not much experience. They will give you long lists of tests(which hardly matters to you because you will do whatever they suggest). Their managers one is a mature lady and one is fresher, both have one thing in common is just to catch the patient so that money shower asap. Both are completely marketing persons. The young manager or receptionist or floor manager whosoever she is foolish kid, she even doesn't know to whom she is talking. She tries to show herself very professionally but looks like a fool and tries to become over-smart. They give you bill at the billing counter but when you reach at the doorstep they will ask you to return the bill, as you cannot leave the hospital with the bill. The awesome policy they have. Even if your patients is stable and can do well they will fear you with various parameters in a way that you will lose your patient next moment so that you don't take much time to admit the patient at their hospital. Very smart, a non-medico person easily will get trapped. Their primary nursing staff is the one who is handling patient in absence of doctors. Let's talk about the treatment ============================ 1. In an emergency(mostly at the night), you will not get the doctor, they will call the doctor and he will suggest what to do over the phone call, the doctor will not come to the hospital at any cost. 2. Their Gastroenterologist Dr. Abhijit V Patel is a fresher and thinks that he is too smart to ignore the instructions of a 30+ year Gastroenterologist. Nursing staff and doctors are connected by phone calls only, not even a junior doctor is present in an emergency, you have to communicate with management staff and nursing staff only. So Dr. Abhijit V Patel before being a good doctor learn to become a good student first. Your degree is not the license you get to ignore others even your senior doctors. Do let me know if you have a complete endoscopy report with all remarks, you want your staff to do it again? Why? It means you accept that you are not capable to understand other reports right? Then why don't you work under someone and learn? Work on ethics and empathy, ask your staff to work on compassion rather than the business. Because you belong to the hospital industry. 3. Rude and overconfident staff. To staff people let me tell you, tumne abhi tak koi teer maar liya ha, hardly 3-4 sal ke experience wale log ho tum sb, itna arrogance ke sath future khan dekhte ho? Completely a money game. If your patient is critical please please please don't go to this hospital you will come back empty-handed. I suggest it better to go to a single specialty hospital as at least they will give your proper treatment and care. CARE & COMPASSION both words are missing in this hospital. Kisi government hospital me le jaiye apne patients ko agr kuch nhi ha aas paas, but dont go to healing touch hospital in emergency or you may lose your dearest one.
