I admitted my mom today & though the docs are giving proper medicine. They behave harsh with her. & I had to wait 10 minutes just to find a toilet pan.. being a patient my mother could not hold it for longer tym & peed on her bad.. yet no one is concerned.. i feel stupid & regret joining my mother in this hospital.. if u r looking for a well cared hospital I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS KLE

It’s just a commercial hospital. Dr’s don’t know how to behave or talk with the patients, No proper follow ups to check the condition of the patients, they don’t even share the report on time and getting blood in this hospital is another hassle. The staff is not aware of their duties need to chase them every now and then. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. There is no doubt that this is big hospital with all modern machineries in place, but, the staff and doctors never do their job sincerely. By my personal experience, I found them so irresponsible and careless during attaining the patient. They do not value the life, for them it’s just another patient. The staff either in normal ward or ICU is supposed to be always alert and take care of patient with no delay in emergency. But, it was found that they are so careless with their responsibility. Just a recommendation to the seniors of the hospital: if you want to improve the standards of the hospital then please trainer your staff.
