Once I went there for consultation for my dad, but they said the consultation doctors are not available. But when I looked around I found that hospital has latest equipment and a very good facility. Few months later, I've joined my mother in this hospital for a problem related to giddiness and some other minor infection. Before joining, I found out that the lift is not working and the rooms we're provided with is in 3rd floor. When I asked them, they said that lift is not working just today and will be fixed by next day morning. But that is not the case. They've not fixed it through out our 3 day stay there. I also got to know that, lift is not working since few months. The main reason for admitting my mother there is to keep her in medication and to give the salines continously. But no nurse ever came pro-actively to replace the salines. If the service is good, then the treatment would have completed in just two days, but eventually it took 3 days because of their negligence. I always had to search and request them to replace the saline. Mean while, I got to know that Management has not paid the salary to the nurses for more than three months and hence the nurses are not interested in giving any kind of service. But eventually, we had to suffer after paying all the money. For any query that I've to ask to anybody, I always got the response like "we don't know", "we're not responsible", "check with somebody else". They don't have any procedure, commitment to serve the patients, value for your money. All they want is just money from you, without giving the service they must be providing. For discharge process, they said it'll take 2-3 hours. I've waited in the room for 3 hours and then went down to know the status. Then to my surprise, they said that "It is just started and will take 3-4 hours more". How can you wait for 7 hours just for discharge in a hospital ?? As I've admitted as an in-patient with insurance, they've kept all the medical reports with them. One week later, I had a review with the same doctor. I've requested for the reports, so that I can show to the doctor and have the consultation. But they've denied to give me a copy of the report. They told me to pay the entire money again (for the report), so that I can get the copy of the report. Why would I pay the money twice for a single diagnosis ? I had an argument with the manager, to give the reports for few minutes for the consultation and I'll return them, after the consultation. He is such a low class crap and I can't believe that he can be a manager for an organization. He kind of threatened me, as I'm arguing. Actually I determined not to argue with such a stupid and instead complain on the hospital and the manager on their rude behavior. But the Doctor (whom we wanted to consult) & my mother has cooled me down, to leave the matter there without taking it to Police station. It is such a worst hospital with worst people around and with only intention of making quick money by cheating the patients. Don't get cheated by the good look of the hospital. Don't ever go there, even for consultation.
