Mayo hospital gomitinagar is worse then a clinic with unprofessional inexperienced nursing staff, who don’t know how to take handover from ICCU to HDU , they don’t have value for human life. There management head Anupma doesn’t care for what’s going inside , even after multiple emails nothing changed.fathers , this guys only purpose and goal is how to make money there medical store is selling the items at triple the cost and in a day they will rip you of in medical bill in range of 40-50 k for last day they made it 1.5 lakhs for us . There medial store manager Manik even overrides doctor prescription and manipulates to make money. Please wait for video with my experience with each and every details and loop holes with proves please don’t go to this hospital if you care for your family member and money, its worse then brutcuray , they charge 1070 for 50 gloves pack which outside is 250 and 650 for a gown which is 290 outside and same for all medicine , their Medical store manager mr Manik with due permision of Admin Rahul and Managment Anupma manipulates medicines and even overrides doctors prescription to make money, there doctors and nurses looks like uneducated not even knowledgable then 10th standard guys , its a total mess with charges as a very high rated corporate hospital like Medanta and services and doctors and nursing staff worse then a one room clinic and its all intionally done to make money

One of the worst hospital of Lucknow, have never seen such a high level of mismanagement. They have only one focus SUCK THE COMPLETE MONEY PATIENT HAS. Hell lot of unwanted tests, all the doctors of hospital will visit you without any need and will charge 1500/- to 2000/- per visit charges. For giving morning, noon and evening medicines, you need to remind staffs. And administration process, its OMG. They have ultra slow process. I strongly do not recommend anyone to visit this hospital at any cost. Ya if you are doing reaserch on worst hospitals of the country, you can surely visit and I am sure you will get enough material, this hospital will not disappoint you. not a good hospital for deliveries, paediatric department is worst,

A terrible, terrible experience. The support staff - nurses, helpers, maids and attendants are totally insensitive and untrained. The private ward is like a big zoo with everyone chattering and hollering across corridors. Lift operator - gutkha in mouth and another pouch in hand - was busy ogling women to the extent that I wanted to slap him. Doctor by the name of AJIT SINGH when asked by the dealing doctor to go and see what the emergency was walked into the ward without patient file or details. He spun stories till he was asked to leave by us. He fought with us and called us names when we objected to the fact that he apparently did not know anything about the case and it appeared that he was also not interested in finding out anything about it. He misbehaved and finally refused to administer the medicines which his senior doctor had asked him to do over the phone. Nursing staff seems to have come straight from ayah service with no training whatsoever. It appears that the attendants were just promoted from rickshaw-pullers to professional patient care-givers. Even a monkey can hook up a saline or insert a cannula with some practice - would that make it a nurse? There are no call buttons for patients to press in case of emergency, no paging facility for doctor, no body knows who the doctor on call is and the nurses fight with patients. The nurse-in charge promptly disappeared when we made some noise to be heard. Nobody is allowed to give number of the concerned doctor even in case of emergency. Rooms were not ready; had to change three rooms before we finally found a decent room (though there were mice). We had to stand by and get it cleaned including removal of the refuse from previous occupant left in the bathroom and the room itself; this when we had been assured that the room is being readied during a one hour stay in emergency room. Crappiest administration and facility. Clueless, incompetent, inefficient, inhuman, disorganized, no coordination between floors and units. Please don't bother ever using this hospital. My father came out relatively unscathed; someone else might not be so lucky.
