please do not even consider going to this hospital . this is the worst hospital in siliguri . the staff is very rude and disrespectful . they are of no help whatsoever and are very inconsiderate. never have experienced such a manner less and disrespectful staff . all they care about is money. so please save your money and go to another hospital

This hospital is the worst i have ever beent. A week before i went to this hospital with my mom for endoscopy to the consultant Dr. Nadeem Parvez. So after we reached there we thought that this hospital is so good maintained as it looked clean and good. Firstly we had to fill a form and take a token from the token machine. The time was about 8.30. After that we sat and waited for our token no. to be called so that we would go to the counter and pay the bills. After two hours of been waiting a staff told that those who haven't been called please follow me. Then she tooked us to a counter which was far away, i felt really irritated. Then we paid all our visit bills out there and they tooked extra 100 rupees for registration which was just useless. They send us to other different counter where we were sitting for 1 hr and no staff was calling us for our turn. Then my mother went to ask whats the matter. They said why we were there. My mom said because they told us to come here. And they said that no u r not supposed to be here u hv to 1st do blood test and HIV test which is mandetory otherwise we can't go for endoscopy test , then they said to go to other registration desk where we have to take a token again and pay the blood test bills. I felt what the hell is this hospital token token and token. Then we went and sat for our token no. to be called, another 2 hrs passed we both were sucked not only us but the other patients were also sucked as they were also waiting for hours. Guys have u went to such a stupid hospital????? It was my bullshit experience over here. Then we went for the blood and HIV test. They told to come again the next day for endoscopy. Now the time was 3pm. Think of so my mother was still with empty stomach. Next day my mom cme thr with my dad, one of the staff said that blood test report has not come yet so my mom can't do endoscopy. Haha frm 2 days we were roaming in this hospital without any reason till now endoscopy was not been done. 2 days, going thr was useless, waste of money, waste of energy, waste of time n blah blah. The other day my mom went alone to the hospital, blood reports came but HIV reports didn't came. What the f*** is this 'neotia getwell'?? just yuck!!! The man said my mom to go 3rd floor by her own to get the reports.. They said the other patients the same , one of the patients start arguing. My god think guys is this is a hospital or a dustbin. Still my mother went thr up, she was waiting waiting n waiting. After they gave the reports my mother's endoscopy was done. Already she was not well at all and the staff's behavior is horrible. They dont do any work they orders the patients to bring their reports by own. After getting the reports of endoscopy 2 days later, doctor told my mother is not suffering from any ulcer diseases, hahahaha and the pictures of the inside stomach in that reprts whr blackkkkkkkk.. If its black how can they notify that there are ulcers. My mother previously went to other hospital where they found lots of ulcers in the esophageal region and the antrum with all clear n tidy pictures in the reports. We thought that this hospital is good its big so we must visit once for my mother's proper ulcer treatment but they didn't got the ulcers only what they will treat then??????? Guys never visit this hospital, if u dnt believe me then its ok... u cn visit this hospital n then u will realise how is it!!! Thank you!!!!! Stay well!!!

i have worked as a doctor in several corporate hospitals in delhi like medanta medcity and fortis..never have i come across such apalling services in a hospital which claims itself to be a corporate hospital....the admission desk thinks that it is doing u a favour by admitting your patient even though you are paying for it....the nurses on duty are not qualified enoough..getting people who are actually midwife or nursing assistants is not just good enough...the front desk people like someone called tanmoy and some mr biswa behave as if they are the moral guardians of the place..pointing to a rule boook that actaully point to the contrary....the nurses appointed there are not qaulified bsc nursing nurses but midwifes or dais put into uniforms... a corporate hospital without an intercom or a phone in the rooms...i have no problem paying money but the hospitla experience must be worth it...as a doctor i would say that neotia getwell is one of the worst hospitals in siliguri and one would do better to stay away from it..
