Sir I have a complaint specifically against one of your AYAH (Female Housekeeping Staff). I brought my father (Ahmed Zubair) to your hospital on 23 jan 2017 at around 11.15am. One eldelry aya came out to assist in shifting in. Her duty was to lift the bed sheet on which the patient was lying so that patient can be moved from ambulance to stretcher. Since she was not getting proper grip on the bed sheet, she simply pulled out the sheet covering the patient exposing everything ! Inspite of telling her repeatedly not to pull the sheet, she pulled it deliberately and then argued with me for not covering the patient properly. Later my father was admitted and had to be shifted from casualty to HDU. Shw was so clumsy that she was not in a position to mive the Patient's trolley out of the lift. In this attempt, 1 wheel got lodged in between the elevator doors. Apparently, the lift operator was having much better knowkedge of trolly handlibg than this old vey senior aya. Lift operator told her to "lift" the trolley. In that lifting attempt, she pulled the brake lever along with handle, as a result the foot end got raised suddenly and the patient was about to fall head on! Even the lift operator couldnt tolerate this negligence. He also exclaimed as "why are you doing such things when you have been doing thia job since many years!" The story didnt end here, when my father was moved into HDU, i followed in to see if i would be needed coz i was pretty sure she may do some foolishness again while shifting from trolley to bed. But i was requested by other staff to go out. Since there is no waiting area in second floor and Nobody told me wether to wait or go, i sat on staircase near OT and came back after few minutes. To my horror, i saw all my father's clothing and covering sheets lying on floor like garbage. This is the first time i have seen such a rude behaviour in any hospital. If that old aya is too tired or busy to fold and pack the clothes in a cover, she should have called me inside , i would have done it by myself. And what would have happened to those clothes, if i hadnt visited the HDU? Obviously, somebody would have taken it! Even the AMC'S Female scurity guard scolded that old aya as to why she is throwing patient's stuff like that. If you are employing such outdated, tired staff then i hope you do realize what would be the productivity of your hospital. When i asked her name and id card, she refused to say and just walked away so that i should not comaplain against her. I request you to take strict action against that aya. Thank you.
