Worst Hospitality Service. Last wednesday (17 April 2019). Around 3 PM. ill be suffered by Kidney Stone problem. I travel from chennai for treatment. Because of heavy pain directly i reach the hospital from chennai . Dr.Saravanan also be present there. And i approached that i have sevior pain now i cant manage . But Hospital staffs are told that today's token is over. u cant consult the doctor. I ll asked at least Give me a painkiller. But they refused to do it. This is not a way of treat the patient with pain. Worst thing is ( In reception staffs are Not even consider my words also my mother's. They keep entertaining themselves with mobile phones with Laugh. This not a manner to run a Hospital. This is my first worst experience that i faced in Hospital. Even a small hospital can treat a patient with humanity. "Person who can understand the pain of patient will be a DOCTOR".
