Sir, I am resident of Jabalpur and took my mother for eye check up at your Jabalpur Unit, Dr Kamat Prasad was visiting on 20th july 2013, but I was totally taken a back by the behaviour staff at Jabalpur. My mother is suffering from Parkinson's and other problems due to whichshe had to be taken in a wheel Chair, it appears that your house staff either is not trained to transfer patient from autorickshaw to wheelchair,secondly when my mother's name was called the lady clearly told that it is the duty of house staff to pul the patients in wheel chair to the doctors chamber whic i felt is very inhumane, when i along with my wife pulled the wheel chair inside the chamber, house staff member had come in, but the real shock i got was when Dr Kamat asked them to put my mother in chair for check up the lady of your unit stood far away and did not help again which i feel is very inhumane behaviour,Dr kamat asked the lady to get the eye pressure checked and refraction done so that he will check the patient[mother] againbut the lady got the pressure checked and refraction done but did not take mother to Dr Kamat,but told to come on Monday to meet Dr Bisen the regular Retina surgeon posted at your hospital on Monday.Sir my humble request is that to train our staff to treat the invalid persons in humane way and house staff trained to carry persons in wheel chair. The wheelchair in wich my mother was taken and only one foot rest. hope that you will look in to the matter.my mothers registeration no is JBP009648.AGE 78+ regards abhijit 9425323417
