They are unskilled staffs. They do not know how to operate a hospital reception. Avoid Counselling room. These people do not know what they are talking about. They will mislead you with false information. They dont keep up their commitments with clients. Every now and then a random staff will check your medical reports. When they tell you that they will call back confirming date and timings of Surgery, they will not call till the last minute.Better to avoid this Hospital for your good health

The ladies pull the clients immediately to the lounge without giving a chance to meet the reception and clarify and I doubt whether these people are trained nurses as I see every person there checks the initial screening. and Dr. Neetu is more worried about what happens at the reception rather than looking at the patients
