Venkatapadma hospital in Vizianagaram is the worst hospital I've ever seen. Completely money minded. The rooms are very bad. Though they call the room as Deluxe A/C room" and charge very high amount (more than the A/C room charge of Rainbow hospital, Hyderabad), but A/C does not work at all. We have to constantly complain to change the room and still you will get similar kind of room. Actually all rooms are like that. Nothing works in the rooms - A/C, TV, flush in the toilets etc. They dont accept cards. We have to argue a lot to use cards and even if they agree after long srgument, they ask us to pay additional amount (tax) on the amount paid through cards. They don't give the vaccination for the new born on time and intentionally delay it so that the kids get some illness (like jaundice) and they can be admitted there. It is like trading with the health of the humans, lives of the just born kids. very worst hospital and dont know how they got those awards they display in the reception section, of course those awards were very old (almost 5 years back). It is a big scam. All rooms are same but just the room names are different and so charges. If the patient is having insurance, then they will keep whatever name they want to the room and apply the respective charge. Hence, please don't even think of this hospital for admission or any kind of consultancy. Its my sincere advice.
