Dr. S.V Rangarao garu is the best Neuro Surgeon doctor in Vijayawada. I had operated l4 l5 prolapse surgery in last month and it is bit major one as nerve was fully gummed. It went successfully after 3 hours which was expected to be completed with in 2 hours. Thanks to doctor for his guidance after surgery and excellent staff as the service of hospital is awesome. I am recommending 100% who are suffering with Neuro problems.

Very poor experience.staff is knowledgeability and helpfulness. Hospital depend only private medical store. And medical store rate very high.

This is to bring to the notice, of the management, Empathy Medicare. That this lady who was at the reception on 14 January 2021 at around 7 pm, is one of your most ill mannered, rude and indecent employee. She doesn't know how to speak with patients and their families and on top of that has got attitude problem. We all come to the clinic to get our problems or ailments sorted by the doctor and not for any picnic. On the very evening when I was at the clinic and asked for a bill, she made faces an rudely said the they dont provide one as it's a doctors fees. I was fuming but still kept my patience. Next, she said that I should stand outside the gate (without even asking if I was the patient) and people who accompanied the patients should stand outside. I couldn't accept this behavior. When we asked her name and wanted to speak to the higher authorities, she denied and kept arguing. I took the refund of the fees I deposited and went back home. Her tone of voice, attitude and behavior was extremely coarse and rough, this depicts how uncultured the person is. Please teach some front office customer service or hospitality etiquettes to your staffs before appointing them at the reception. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I'll never recommend any one to come to this clinic and even inform everyone whom I know about this incident.

This is the worst nursing home I have ever visited. I visited for my mother. My mother had severe breathing problem and they almost killed my mother. They almost choked her with their ill treatment . They didn’t even care whats the heart condition of my mother, and they gave some harsh treatment by the nurses. This is so pathetic , they have their greedy agent cum doctor roaming in rural areas and they refer to the nursing home, don’t even trust them , they will call the nursing home and will pretend like they will do everything for you. Beware of the scam! This nursing home should be banned! Govt should take necessary steps to seize this type of nursing home. It’s better to die than to admit in this nursing home.

Me and my husband tried to conceive naturally but it was not happening. We were referred to Eva Infertility and IVF Centre. Dr. Shivani and her staff explained everything very well. We can't thank them enough.

In this hospital doctor is not experienced and they are sending non experienced doctors and due to the improper treatment patient went into critical condition .Whoever going into that hospital normal people and who does not understand what doctor doing and what treatment they are giving . In our society no one care about the damage happened to the patient .Because this hospital one of the patient when to critical stage and doctor are not at all experienced one

Dr and staff are very rude with patients and too long waiting time. they are not listen to the patient concerns and problem properly. And if you ask for long waiting time they will ask you to show proof of your arrival time. Receptionist is very rude and Dr behave like uneducated person if you complaint about their receptionist.
