Dr and staff are very rude with patients and too long waiting time. they are not listen to the patient concerns and problem properly. And if you ask for long waiting time they will ask you to show proof of your arrival time. Receptionist is very rude and Dr behave like uneducated person if you complaint about their receptionist.

My father, 65 year old underwent bypass surgery at Fortis Healthcare at Raipur under the care of a famous doctor in cardiology department. Hospital team took blood samples for some tests the same day and after that we were just waiting for 24 hours. Post Surgery we had regular follow-up done as prescribed (1 week, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year). In these followups, we used to get the billing done for the senior doctor but could never meet him. Team of junior doctors used to do checkup
