Worst experience We have visisted twice there with pre-booked appointment. Staff just redirected us to her assistant deepti whereas we took appoinof Dr monika when we asked we cane here for dr monika otherwise here are 100 dcts out there in Udaipur, staff tried to convince " both are dame she is also gync, she checked report, d monila will say same" after requesting a lot staff member went to her room and discussed something then we went inside she just said" aapko problem kya hai deepti ne dekha hai mera pura team hai bahar ye vo"gussa kar rh rhi thi jese hum logo ne fee nahi dia hai. Interesting stuff Deepti ne jo treatment likha tha usko dr monika ne revert kr dia abd said kuch medicine nahi chahiye. Seriously this behaviour from a gync for a PCOD patient. We came out with disappointment, dctr if you dont have time dont book appointment just to earn money and run business. Business is good but please talk nicely with patients, patients came just bcz they need care otherwise they could manage at home. Worst experience. ----------- Wanted to reply to sparsh response but couldn't see option so updating review with reply... Dear sparsh hospital, 1.Just check with dctr she should be talking nice first thing. Agrsseivness just bcz we asked to meet her as we cane for her only. 2. If dctr is busy then you should not accept appointments on call. 3. If someone came for specific dctr thn hospital staff and dctr should consider them. 4. We also consider if there is any emergency surgery is going on then we won't disturb dctr but she was jot busy anywhere. She could attend patient nicely. 5. Staff members you have not authority to convice customer, its medical not a sabji mandi. If dctr is not available yo could tell us on reception. 6. We wer expecting good behaviour fr Sr. Doctor but because of such dctrs whole doctor's community is having bad image. 7. LAST BUT NOT LEAST IF ONE PERSON CAN'T HANDLE EVERYTHING THEN YOU SHOULD COMMUNICATE THAT TO CUSTOMERS IN ADVANCE and reject appointments on call. No one is forcing you to book appointment. Sorry dctr but you should improve way of treating doesn't matter who is customer.
