Two months back, me and my partner Aayushi came to put forwards a proposal for interactive 360 virtual tours for Khyati hospital. We were directed to meet Mr. Chirag for the same. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were asked to come after 3 days. We came back after 3 days, and he was on leave. We visited back after a week (Your team said Mr. Chirag would be available to meet), and we were asked to meet your HR, Joyita Chatterjee. While entering her cabin, she asked my partner Aayushi to stay outside in an uncultured and uncivilized manner. Later on, I asked her to make us meet with the head authority as she didn't understand the project, kept on boasting about how she manages everything in the hospital. After asking her to make us meet the owners of the hospital, here is exactly what she said - “I can't make you meet with the owners. I don't work with companies that hire new marketing executives and do mainstream work. Leave now! ” “Leave now” SERIOUSLY? This is the exact reason why we prefer meeting owners because it's a sheer waste of time to discuss projects with people like Joyita. a) She has no idea what our company does. She was self-absorbed in her own ego and attitude to understand anything. b) It was not any marketing executive contacting her (Aayushi & I are the founders of the company) c) Our work speaks for us. We are the best company in India when it comes to making 360-interactive virtual tours! We have worked with IIM-A, MICA, NIFT Gandhinagar, NIFT Kolkata, NIFT Bangalore, ADANI, CEPT University, Aashwi ENT Hospital, Dangee Dums, and many more brands in just 1 year of starting our company. We are also working things out with KD, Zydus Hospital, and CIMS Hospital for the same. This only shows how much our services are valued and trusted. I really hope you take some action about this concern of ours because this is not how an HR person or any human being for that matter should act.
