Horrible and painful experience at Pulse Hospital, Ranchi. Be ware of Dr KAUSHAL KUMAR there. He has that ability to send his patient to heaven. He is very careless doctor. Senior doctors and hospital staffs are full of ego. Dr Kausal is notorious for it. This so called Super Speciality hospital is running through junior doctors only.

Firstly, the clinic is surrounded by a dirty and unhygienic ambience along with dumpyard kind of ground at its back which is exactly opposite of what must be around a health centre. Secondly, the arrogant and rude staff, and ground staff claiming themselves to be doctors and making false reports without conducting the tests add feathers to the disgusting experiences one can have.

Line of treatment was perfect. Is a very reasonable doctor. Never pushes for lot of test recommend for necessary test only. Doctor is very courteous and polite. Half of illness vanishes during consultancy. Presently he is one of the best physician and pedriatician available in Ranchi.

Dubious Hospital with poor and dangerous health care services....beaware....Well to begin with Santevita at the outset it looks and feels like a five star hotel...all was fine after my wife had a delivery and we were discharged...rs55000/- i had spent there leaving comforts and facilities of army hospital...just to ensure all went fine....with in a week after cesarian hospital wife incision site started oozing liquids....doc nidhi nikunj kept quite and after 14 days delay when oozing increased she told us to go for culture test.....and stephylococcus aureaus infection was detected.....A HOSPITAL ACQUIRED SURGICAL SITE INFECTION.....life threatening and very dangerous ....because the surgery room was NOT PROPERLY SANITISED....with a newborn baby i had the most difficult time of my life....all because of santevita hospital.....the management has not even had the decency to apologise to me for all this they have put us through.....Just hope we will be out of this crisis....i will soon file a criminal case against hospital.....

very experienced doctors for test tube baby and ivf treatment for men and women

It's a very unprofessional and uncaring hospital I had ever witnessed. My mother was in MICU for 10 days where Rs. 30,000 was cost of MICU and more than Rs.65,000 was the cost of medicine. Doctor (Manoj Kr. Diwedi) said that patient is ok for the dicharge, and for precautionary measure we kept one day extra for my patient. After 3 hours in house my mother still got same (Asthama) complications. Then we took her to Apollo Irba where doctors and nurses were of superb quality, it's total cost was less than Rs. 60,000. While in Gurunanak Hospital, doctor never gave clarity on the actual details and simply said " she will have to stay here", sometime "blood infection, jaundice, Pneumonia, etc. etc. and the junior doctor said that "we are changing medicine from time to time to help her recover", as if they were EXPERIMENTING. Doctor says - "I am not responsible for nurses, I am only a consultant", Management Says - "Hospital is different and Doctors are both different issue", Nurses says" they are not responsible for any problems regarding food of patient", Junior Doctor says - " the Legal Lawyer of this hospital and Reliance Industry is the same and is very powerful" I do not know what to say about this hospital. It's my sincere advice to go to Apollo , though it will cost you little bit but the quality of nursing and doctors care is simply superb. We spent close to Rs. 1 Lac in Gurunanak with no result at all, and close to Rs. 60,000 in Apollo and my mother was fine after 5 Days.
