Adhesive Capsulitis has similar symptoms as frozen shoulders, usually noticed in adults (mostly women) between ages 40 to 60 years. The connective tissue surrounding glenohumeral joint of the shoulder is inflamed and become stiff causing severe pain and restricted movement. The risk factors for frozen shoulders would include accidents, lung disease, diabetes, stroke, thyroid and heart diseases.

- Tightness of shoulder muscles
- Finding difficulty in regular activities of shoulder
- Stiffness and sharp pain in shoulders
