The changes that the centre named LEAP and Dr KG Rajesh, the professional Psychotherapist, has made in my life cannot confine in this one sheet of paper. With my experience I could realize 1 hour of Psychotherapy is more powerful than 1 year of Psychiatric treatment. I feel like in this short duration all my problems have been washed away as if I am not able to even think of it.

Since many years I was suffering from stage fear and had trembling hands; when ever I went in front of a group I had to take English medicines. Since more than 10 years taking medicines had been an habit to me or else when I face the public my hands shiver, my BP shoots up, heart beat increased. After the training at LEAP, I could relieve off my problem. after the first session itself, I stopped the medicines. Then after each session, I could attain more and more self confidence, will power and courage

When I came to this centre I had come with a fear which I was experiencing since 18 years of age and now at 62 how long would I have to suffer.
