What it is Fibrous histiocytoma, intermediate Grade?

Dear Patient: Fibrous histiocytoma can be benign as well as malignant. Grading is done in malignant fibrous histiocytomas (MFH) and intermediate grade means grade 2. Pathology should be reviewed, patient should come with pathology slides and blocks if wishes treatment here.
