I am unable to conceive

Dear Patient: There could be many reasons for not conceiving. Reasons may lie in you or your husband. It is always not necessary to find fault with females. Some of the reasons can be PCOD, infections, ovulatory changes etc,. In men the causes can be azoospermia, oligospermia, infections etc. Consult a good gynecologist with your husband and get the necessary check ups done. You will be advised accordingly.
