Are my symptoms due to penis ulcer?

Dear Patient: First you need to confirm your history of sexual contacts in life. Ulceration on penis can be due to infection which can be just external. The symptoms you mentioned indicate your lowered immune status. You need to do a thorough body check up with a good physician explaining all the facts. Sexually transmitted diseases can cause the aforesaid symptoms. Prominent among them are Syphilis, Gonorrhoea and HIV. Do examine yourself and do not conclude till then. VDRL test, Differential CD4 count, CBP, CUE can be performed among laboratory tests.
