Dear Patient: The pain may be because of improper positioning during sleep or at work. Try to reduce the height of pillows under head while sleeping. Adjust the level of laptop at your comfort eye level. You can go for an X-ray of the Neck in AP and Lateral viws and consult an Orthopedician with reports.
